SWMP Stations

Each National Estuarine Research Reserve is required to operate one weather, four water quality, and four nutrient/pigment (associated with the water quality sites) monitoring stations. Some Reserves also operate additional secondary SWMP stations, which must be maintained and operated per all SWMP protocols and undergo all Reserve level QAQC, but do not go through the final stage of data authentication at the CDMO. While every effort is made to support long-term datasets, there are occasional situations where stations are discontinued or moved. You may request a complete list of all NERRS SWMP stations including station code, locations, active dates, SWMP status (primary or secondary), and real-time status below.
