SWMPrats Widgets

This page provides links to interactive widgets to quickly assess status and trends using summarized SWMP data. These widgets were created by the SWMPrats community of practice to support the development and implementation of analysis tools for NERRS data. There are three widgets available. These widgets were created in part using functions from the SWMPr and SWMPrExtension packages for the R statistical programming. All SWMP data on the widgets are updated annually.

• SWMP summary: monthly and annual summary of SWMP parameters by station.

  

• SWMP aggregate: compare aggregated parameters within and between reserves.

  

• SWMP compare: Compare trends across all reserves using a map interface.
